Lousy online shopping experience

I had a very lousy online shopping experience recently. I used to buy clothes from this vendor, Red Dotie, about 2 years ago, it was quite alright, not bad quality and cut. So this time I see that they are having sales, so I decided to buy some clothes from them, it turn out to be an utter disappointment. Out of 4 items i bought, 2 are defected with lousy material and even lousier cutting. Totally different from what is shown in the pictures. What is worse is I introduced someone to buy from them, and out of 2 items she bought all can't be worn.
They accept exchange for defected items which is acceptable but it is hard to really do an exchange when you have to go to the post office to send the items back and needing to spend money in postage. If inclusive of postage for exchange, I can probably buy something from a shop and with better quality.
After this experience I will not ever buy anything from this vendor ever again. Lousy goods and attitude.

Rebonding

I have finally decided to do something to my messy hair on Sunday. Went for soft rebonding at Hair Inn @ AMK hub. Spent 3hrs + and $215 to change my head of grass into a heard of straws (black in color though) all straight and boring. But at least it is not messy and sticking out everywhere. It took my mum 1 day to realised that I have reborned my hair and her comment was, ' you look so weird', a dent in my heart. Afterall I have spent so much money and time on it. Today in office, mr colleague says I look good with my new hair, better than before, the new hair style makes me look younger and even more professional than before. The sun finally shone out of the dark cloud.
I have no idea why, but even after washing, my hair still smell like chemical. The smell is so sharp that i feel as though my troat is buring >.<
Even though i still not used to my new hair, but still quite satisfied. No more hair sticking out everywhere!! The only inconvenience is cannot tie my hair for a month.

Jazz 1 Lesson 1

Took my Jazz 1 lesson after missing 3 lessons in intro to Jazz. It was a lot more difficult than Intro to Jazz. Same stretching exercise, but did more difficult moves. And once again my hand and leg coordination problem surfaced together with my disorientation. Always ended up spinning wrong direction, if not is having same hand same leg >.< the lesson was fun but not very beneficial as the instructor don’t really teach and correct the moves as the lessons are ongoing which means there are a lot people who had be taking the lessons for some time and know the moves, therefore for new people like me, it’s a bit of a problem. The choreo learned was very nice, but not very easy, especially for a person who is not v flexible like me. So ended up, I look more clumsy than graceful, as what others are doing. Hahaha
After lesson, its shopping again…despite telling myself I shouldn’t be spending too much money buying clothes, I bought 2 dresses and a white denim skirt at Top Shop for $100+ luckily they are having discount, if not it would be a big hole in my pocket.

New Spectacle!!

Just gotten myself a new pair of spectacle and sunglass but not on my own expense (^.^)\/
It is under my yearly optical claim and it is expiring so must get them.
Went with E, my colleague to the optical shop, and cos she know the people in the shop, we got a pretty good discount. For my sunglass, it is from Guess, original price was about $260 but I got it at $140, quite a good bargain, and my spec cost me $310.
It looks quite good when i tried it in the optical shop..But now when i collected it, it looks so BIG!!
Guess it needs some time getting used to...hehehe

Waltz!!

Started out my waltz yesterday at Waterloo Center. It was interesting. Just learnt the posture and how to walk Zig Zag. Though it seems easy, but actually there are some difficulty executing. Even though it is just Left-Right-Left, Right-Left-Right, simple enough steppin, there will be time where I will use the wrong leg, due to some weight shift problem. But by the end of the lesson, I kinda got it.
Initially I thought I can pay by credit, but...they do not have a credit card machine!! They don't even accept Nets -.-" We have to go out and find the nearest ATM. We walked all the way to Cityhall and still can't find a ATM machine because the machine is DOWN!! It was super tiring. Ended up we have to call the teacher and tell them that we will pay them tonight, when we go for our 2nd lesson.
It was kinda disappointing when J, my partner, says that he thinks that just learn basic is enough. The purpose of him learning is to be able to dance(show off) on his D&D, even if he learns till high lvl, he can't grab any girl and dance. So I guess it will just be 4 lesson and that's it.

Intro to Jazz Lesson 1

Last Monday was the first lesson for Intro to Jazz @ Jitterbug.
The lesson was quite fun, learn some basic position and moves of Jazz. Did some stretching, which makes me feel like a block of wood. hahaha. It is nothing really tedious, but the instructor says it is the first lesson so he is going easy on us, so hope I won't die the next lesson.
Did some simple move like grapevine, kick and skip (they have a proper name in french which we are suppose to rmb but obviously I don't), at the end of the lesson, we learn a simple choreo that include all those moves we learnt.
Went to dinner at MOF after that, the food is not bad and what attracts me most are the desserts. They looks good and taste good as well. Sit there eat and talk with S till the waiter chases us out. hahhaa.

Looking forward to the next lesson...hehe

23rd Birthday

My birthday celebration started on the 23rd where i went Pariss with my family for buffet dinner. The price is still expensive but the variety of food went down so does the standard of the food. The food are all so salty.
On my birthday itself, I went to D's place for lunch, he cooked lunch for me (^.^). And its union at night. haha. Had my bday dance. It was fun, though I sux. hahaha, but who cares, its my birthday.
The next day, I met C to go to KTV. She bought me a Oreo Cheese cake (^.^)\/ I haven cut a cake for a long time. Hmm...maybe not that long since I cut it during my 21st bday. Haven been to KTV for a long time, due to salsa and lost of KTV kaki. *sadz* The 2 of us managed (barely) to finish the Oreo Cheese cake, I was so amazed and bloated when we finished it. No wonder I am getting fat.

After KTV, I head down to Cityhall to meet RS, she bought me a blue color shawl and a top =) which I have not wear yet. I shall wear it the next time I am going to meet her..which is dunno when. hahaha. We went to Thai Express for dinner and I ordered the mini tomyam steamboat. It is quite value for money, but you have to cook it yourself. The only problem I have with the steamboat is the squid. Totally unfresh..eeew..Other than that it was not bad..Thai Express std.
Other than the steamboat which I had by myself, we ordered 2 side dishes to share. Nothing fantastic. I was so full when we left the place with the Oreo Cheese cake digesting in the system still.
Though nothing really special went on but I am still glad and appreciate that ppl make time to celebrate my bday with me (^.^)
